Pestilence
You are an alien parasite with the ability to control the mind of anything you infect.
The last remnants of humanity are taking their final stand.
Eliminate them.
How to Play
This is a strategy game. Your goal is to infect or kill all human soldiers on the board.
The game is centered around a currency called DNA. DNA can be spent to convert a human unit into a parasite unit under your control. You earn DNA by killing opponents.
Each unit has its own health, damage, movement speed, attack range and attack patterns.
You lose if you have no parasite units left and do not have enough DNA to infect any opponents.
Controls
Left click - Select units, move and attack
Right click + drag - Move camera
Enter - End turn
Notes
This game is a WIP. Currently it is buggy, has low quality animations and has no music or sound effects. There are only two levels as of now.
The game is also open source and the source code can be found here.
If you would like to contribute code or assets, feel free to. It would be very much appreciated.

it might have potential, seems like a more fun version of chess!
just I didn't understand the infected character disappearing at the end of the turn if you have the square links active
my iq is too low for this game, but cool stuff
